Insomnia is a real medical condition. This sleep disorder manifests as chronic sleeplessness. I have it. I hate drugs and refuse to take them to "prevent" my insomnia. Other than the page I wrote to briefly acquaint you with Insomnia for the sake of quenching any thirsts, this blog does not discuss or educate about insomnia.
