Insomnia is a real medical condition. This sleep disorder manifests as chronic sleeplessness. I have it. I hate drugs and refuse to take them to "prevent" my insomnia. Other than the page I wrote to briefly acquaint you with Insomnia for the sake of quenching any thirsts, this blog does not discuss or educate about insomnia. This blog is my outlet while I'm experiencing insomnia.
